Delete your account

This permanently removes your Telpen Edu login and the data we hold for it — your name, phone, photo, saved device, push endpoint, preferences, and phone sign-in. Your child's academic records belong to the school and are kept under the school's policy. This cannot be undone.

  1. Sign in with the phone number your school registered. No SMS code is sent.
  2. On Confirm it's you, enter your username or the learner's admission number.
  3. Return here, type DELETE, and confirm.
