Every new school gets its first month of Telpen Edu free, with every module included, so you can decide before you pay anything.
30-day refund
If you are not happy with a paid subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the payment, for any reason.
How to ask
- Paid through our online checkout (card and other methods): request it at paddle.net. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and issues the refund.
- Paid by M-Pesa: email telpeninfo@gmail.com with the school name and the M-Pesa receipt number, and we refund to the paying number.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days.
After a refund
The subscription for that term or semester ends. The school's records stay available to export on request.
